It was a pleasure assisting you and your team with your hotel  accommodation
needs.

I have enclosed your contract and code of conduct  for your review and
signature for the Springhill Suites by Marriott  Charleston Hotel.  The Hotel is
strategically located minutes from the fields.

Cancellation Policy: Your rooms will be released without penalty before the
cut off date of  September 25, 2009.  Any rooms being held after the cut off
date must be  guaranteed by individual credit cards or the credit card
provided. Any  guaranteed reservation cancelled within (7) days of arrival
is subject  to the first night's room and tax charges.  This cancellation policy 
overrides any and all other cancellation policies.
